Character
Tapioca (タピオカ) is an original character IP. Inspired by bubble tea — round, a little dark, with shifting expressions. The first version was pure handwork practice; it's become the character I drop into whenever I want to try a new tool.
Design
Deliberately minimal: one silhouette, two eyes, one mouth. Simple enough to scale to any size, any scene. Expressions, poses, and scene interactions all expand from the same outline.
Why I keep it
This is the place where I just play. Modern product work can turn you into an ROI-only machine. Tapioca is the corner where I remind myself it's okay to make things just because they're fun. Ship the apps, take the gigs — but keep something that's only for you.
