How I got here.
I'm Hsien-Yu Chu, online as Cosmo. Based in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Studying Information Communication at Shih Hsin University.
In 2021 I made my first animation — Exploring, My Life. It accidentally won the Ministry of Education Silver Award and the Outstanding Animation Award. I was still in high school.
Animation taught me something I keep using: the things in your head have to learn to move before anyone else can see them. The same logic applies to products — an idea has to learn to be tapped, used, and paid for before it really exists.
These days I build products. Okaro (multi-currency bookkeeping app), Harukibox (proxy-purchase SaaS), and AIveryday (AI tool discovery) — three different directions, but the same idea: turning what's in my head into products people install, pay for, and use.
I don't just write code. I own everything — product definition, UI design, dev, launch, ASO, promo videos, brand animation — because that's the only way to truly hold “what this product is.” To me “shipping” isn't just writing code that compiles; it's designing the whole experience, from first idea to the moment a user opens the app.
I started with animation because the things in my head needed to learn to move. I learned to code because they also needed to be tappable.
